Please see important terms and conditions for your appointment below. You agree to:

- Cancel or reschedule your appointment if you have any symptoms of coronavirus, including a coronavirus cough, high temperature or a loss of, or change in normal sense of taste or smell, or are required to self-isolate in accordance with relevant laws or guidance;
- When waiting in communal areas and not receiving treatments, wear a face covering unless legally exempt from doing so;
- Comply with Government and NHS guidance to help limit the spread of COVID-19, including social distancing wherever possible;
- Observe all safety measures required of you at your salon, and you acknowledge that failure to do so may mean your salon is unable to provide services to you.
