Policies

In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and avoid disruptions, Serenity Body and Soul has a 48 hour cancellation policy and 24 hour reschedule policy. Please take time to review the booking and cancellation information below and note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy.

Rescheduling

We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. You can reschedule your treatment up to 24 hours prior to the appointment, providing that the new date falls no later than two weeks from the original (subject to availability). Last minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours) is not possible and will result in losing 100% of the deposit.

Cancellation

If you cancel your treatment up to 24-48 hours prior to the appointment we will refund 50% of the treatment cost.

If you cancel your treatment less than 24 hours prior to the appointment or don’t show up at all, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment and no refund will be provided.

Refund

To receive a refund, please contact us and provide following details:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • If paid by PayPal: PayPal address used to pay for the treatment
  • If paid by Credit Card: Last 4 digits of the Credit Card used

Refund should be processed within 14 days. We do not provide refunds in a form different than the form in which the original payment was made.
