Ania

Hi, I'm Ania Strak.

I help women over 35 figure out why their body stopped cooperating — and what to actually do

about it.

If you're here, you've probably done everything you were told to do. You eat clean. You take the

supplements. You did the elimination diet, the cleanse, the protocol someone swore by on

Instagram. And still, you wake up exhausted before the day has even started. You're bloated

before breakfast. You snap at your kids and you don't know why. Your weight won't budge no

matter how careful you are. You've been told your labs are normal. You've been told it's just your

age. And the only things anyone offered you were antidepressants, birth control, or one more diet

you never asked for.

I want to say this plainly: you are not imagining it, and your body is not the enemy.

Feeling this way is common. It is not normal, and it is not where you have to stay. When you're

tired in your bones, bloated, constipated, crashing after meals, riding the swings of your

hormones and your mood, that is your body trying to tell you something. The problem was never

that you didn't try hard enough. The problem is that no one looked at the whole picture and

connected the dots.

That's the work I do. My approach is rooted in functional blood chemistry, whole dense foods,

and genuine root-cause investigation. Instead of chasing one symptom at a time, I look at how

everything is working together: your blood sugar regulation, your gut, your mineral status, your

hormones, and your immune function. These systems talk to each other constantly, so I read

them as one story, not five separate ones. I don't guess. I find what's actually driving how you

feel, and then we work on that.

There is no template here. Every protocol I build is bio-individual, shaped around your labs, your

history, and the real shape of your life. We work together online, which means more points of

contact, continuous follow-up, and real support between sessions, instead of a plan handed

over once and then forgotten. You're not left to figure it out alone.

The women I work with are proactive and health-conscious. They are busy professionals and

mothers who are already doing the work and still feel like something is off. They've been to the

doctor and been told they're fine. They are tired of conflicting advice, tired of cutting more foods,

tired of being told to do more and somehow expect a different result. What they want is simple:

someone to look at the full picture and say, I see what's going on, and here's what we do next.

They want to stop surviving the day and start feeling alive in it again.

Imagine waking up with steady energy. Eating a meal without bracing for the bloat. Clear head,

even moods, a body that feels like it's working with you instead of against you. That is not a

fantasy and it is not a reward for being perfect. It's what becomes possible when you finally give

your body the right inputs in the right order.

A little about how I got here. My training includes the Nutritional Therapy Association, where I

qualified as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, the IHR Institut Health Restorative

Level 1, Michael Rutherford's Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis program, and Hair Tissue
