Please take the time to read through this information carefully. Please note that by booking an appointment with Serenity Body & Soul you agree to our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Notice. You also agree to attend the appointment you have booked.

TREATMENTS rescheduling, cancellation, and refund Policy

Serenity Body & Soul has a 48-hour cancellation policy and 24 hours reschedule policy to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and avoid disruptions. Please take time to review the booking and cancellation information below and note that by booking an appointment, you accept the conditions of our cancellation policy.

Rescheduling

We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. You can reschedule your treatment up to 24 hours before the appointment, providing that the new date falls no later than two weeks from the original (subject to availability). Last-minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours) is not possible and will result in losing 100% of the deposit.

Cancellation

If you cancel your session up to 24-48 hours before the appointment we will refund 50% of the treatment cost. If you cancel your session less than 24 hours before the appointment or do not show up at all, you will be charged. It will provide the full fee for the treatments.

Refund

To receive a refund, please contact us and provide the following details:

• Full Name

• Email Address

• If paid by PayPal: PayPal address used to pay for the treatment

.• If paid by Credit Card: Last four digits of the Credit Card used.

The refund should be processed within 14 days. We do not provide refunds in a form different from the condition in which made the original payment.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Our Gift Vouchers are available for all treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use. Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Serenity Body & Soul cannot accept liability for lost gift vouchers.

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive at 10min before your treatment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time; however, treatments will still be charged at full price.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

If you wish to complain about any matter, please contact us on the following email: info@serenity-health.co.uk Your use of this website shall be governed by English law, and the parties here to submit to the English courts' exclusive jurisdiction.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All Client information and records will safeguard by Serenity Body & Soul and will remain confidential. Unless required to do so by law, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us without your consent. Consultations and Client treatment details will not discuss with anyone other than the Client unless the Client is under 18 or has a care worker or guardian. We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires.

HEALTH & SAFETY

All practitioners at Serenity Body & Soul are qualified, hold a current First Aid certificate and hold professional and public indemnity insurance, for their services. Due to the nature of massage and the need for close contact, all Serenity Body & Soul practitioners will maintain a high standard of personal hygiene. Clients are asked to ensure that they also carry a high standard of personal hygiene. A practitioner who is unwell, suffering from a cold or virus, infection, or general ill health, they will not be allowed to work due to cross-contamination risks. This may result in Serenity Body & Soul contacting you to inform you of the issue at the earliest opportunity to make suitable alternative arrangements. Clients are asked not to attend for treatment if they are unwell, suffering from a cold or virus, infection or general ill health. Please contact Serenity Body & Soul via email at info@serenity-health.co.uk at the earliest opportunity to rearrange your appointment. If you are unwell and contact us to inform us of your illness, please note that our Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refund Policy may still apply. A parent or guardian must accompany clients Under the age of 18 years. Serenity Body & Soul holds the right to refuse any treatments if a Client is physically or verbally abusive towards any practitioner, or demonstrates inappropriate, aggressive or sexual behaviour. Such behaviour may result in a partial or total ban from Serenity Body & Soul, and may also result in criminal proceedings.

ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

While accessing this Site, you agree to the Terms and Conditions on the Site. Suppose you act negligently in any of the responsibilities specified in these Terms and conditions (Including our Privacy Policy). In that case, you shall be liable for all the losses and damages that this may cause to Serenity Body & Soul.
