Hannah is a personal trainer specialising in strength and conditioning with additionalqualifications in pre/postnatal exercise and corrective exercise. She is deeply passionate aboutsupporting women to better understand their bodies, find time for themselves and buildstrength and confidence.

Hannah coaches small group postnatal strength classes from our private studio. The 6-weekprogrammes run in line with school terms and promote safe progression of exercise at anindividual pace. We focus on core rehabilitation and functional training for the demands of dailymum life. Babies are welcome from 2-10 months

Hannah also offers 1-1 and 1-2 PT sessions at home or in studio.
