I’m a martial arts and self-defence instructor, boxing coach, and personal trainer coveringmany areas, specialising in calisthenics and functional strength training.

My martial arts teaching is rooted in realistic, practical self-defence, focusing on techniquesthat work under pressure and in real-world situations. Based off the concept art of wing chunkung fu however an evolved version and combined with other arts to make it an all rounded baseof defence.

16+ years experience as a martial artist I love teaching and helping clients learn new skillsalongside it also supporting mental wellbeing by reducing stress, improving focus, buildingemotional control, and helping clients feel calmer, more confident, and capable in everyday life.

I am also a qualified Breathwork instructor I offer structured breathwork sessions through groupclasses and private sessions, integrating proven breathing techniques to enhance performance,speed up recovery, improve stress management, build mental resilience and long-termwellbeing. Breathwork supports mental clarity, reduce anxiety and help with emotional balance.Regular practice helps calm the nervous system, improve energy levels, and build long-termresilience.
