Hello, my name is Lilianna .

I am Founder and Director of "Serenity Body & Soul", Holistic Therapy Centre. Experienced & qualified Massage & Physical Therapist, Skin Expert & a Certyficated Life Coach.

My qualifications:

‍I finished:

- University of Physical Education and I obtained my Master’s degree at the prestigious department of Functional Rehabilitation. It gave me the basis for further education.

- Vocational College of Beauty in Wroclaw, specializing in Cosmetology.

- Qualifying Course for Professionally Active Teachers/ qualification in Pedagogy.

- I am a certified Coach (ACSTH Certificate (Approved CoachSpecific Training Hours) confirming the completion of the ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited Coaching School. I am specializes in : Individual Coaching, Life Coaching, Health Coaching,Transformation Coaching.

I have had amazing mentors through out my career so it granted me a lots of knowledge. I worked as a Manager at the Institute of Health and Beauty and and also as a Director at Laser Therapy at a Dermatology Clinic. I was also a Cosmetology and Physiotherapy lecturer at one's of the best Physiotherapy Private Universities in Poland. I work in beauty and physiotherapy sector almost 25 years. I attended a lot of professional cosmetology and physiotherapy courses and I am still deepening my knowledge.

I am an optimist, full of joy and gratitude for everything I experience every day - even in calculating the emerging difficulties that each of us experiences. Because when life experiences, it must learn - patience, humility, calmness, harmony. I love meeting interesting people who are my inspiration. Learn new methods and deepen knowledge of conventional and unconventional medicine. I love to gain new knowledge and experience, use science for me to constantly develop my personal and experienced something new. I do not limit myself to my views, I am open to learning other points of view, new views on many issues. My passion is also Martial Art - Win Chun and I am practice the Wim Hof ​​Method.
