Meet Simon

I’m a third-year Sport and Exercise Science student at UEL, a Level 6 Strength &Conditioning Coach, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 4 Sports Massage Practitioner, and anactive semi-professional boxer.

I offer 1-to-1 personal training and 1-to-1 boxing sessions for men and women of all fitnesslevels. Sessions are tailored to individual goals - whether that’s improving fitness, buildingstrength, losing fat, or simply feeling better and more confident in everyday life.

My approach combines evidence-based training with a supportive and welcoming environment,helping clients train safely, enjoy the process, and make sustainable progress.
